Useful for people that suffer the embarrassment of having facial perspiration dripping down the forehead.
The gel formulation evaporates rapidly from the surface of the skin, leaving the active antiperspirant ingredient as a thin film on the face, able to prevent sweating for several hours. Apply to the forehead, upper lip, back of the neck, and anywhere else you sweat in and around the facial area. This intelligent formulation is easy to apply, and while it’s powerful, it’s also lightweight – meaning it’ll leave no residue, deposits, or stickiness. Also because I have noticed that my face and head get very warm under the the skin, during the times when i am hot and sweat would normally be condensating all over my face. I got fed up, slathered this stuff all over my face, put powder foundation over top (because it does make you shiny), and NOT A DROP OF SWEAT.In fact, you won’t even know it’s there, but the results will speak 1000 words by the end of the day. Given I bike for 2 – 3 hours, it is a real hassle to constantly wipe my lenses clean while pedaling at 20 mph. It gets sticky during the drying process, which makes the application process a bit messy sometimes. e. forehead, along the edge of your hairline, a tiny bit on your upper lip and, for me, a tiny bit on my cheeks, just below my eyes. I will still sweat if I get really hot from the weather or doing a lot of physical work but that is to be expected.
Just a small less-than-pea size of 3B on the forehead, cheeks and T-zone makes my face 99% sweat free, even in hot weather. The emollient is perfect for wearing under makeup like foundation, or oily products like sunscreens. Not sure if it’s because of my complexion or what but as you can see in my pictures, the gel leaves white film kind of stuff on my face. Secondly, I should point out that fragrance was not an issue, even though it appears that it is very light and I will say I have no problems with that. It works great, my only concern is it does not prevent my nose from sweating, nor my neck but I do not place it there so perhaps it may.I sweat on my upper lip and nose very bad, i use this under my makeup along with waterproof/sweatproof makeup and it acts as a barrier, i do not use this all over my face, just the areas where i sweat the most.
I LOVE wearing makeup and being pretty, and I had totally given up for like 2+ years, this product gave me that back!
I believe if I could reapply it after a while it would work, but I didn’t want to have to reapply my make up. As with all antiperspirants and cosmetics, there is a slight risk of an allergic reaction to any of the product's ingredients. You might find yourself regularly dabbing at your face with a tissue or a towel, especially if playing sports or when in hot weather. I’m a sweaty awkward mess and this product at least makes my sweaty awkwardness only occur below the neckline.
Some of us are suffer, and I MEAN SUFFER, from Maximo facial hyperhidrosis aka your face constantly pours sweat, (even in sub zero temperatures). Many people who suffer from excessing sweating on the face can’t even wear makeup without it melting off an hour later.
