This excellent 17-year-old single malt is used in the production of Monkey Shoulder whiskey and offers tastes of sweet malt, rich sherry, and candied fruit. This lovely Scotch is blended with three premium single malts, each from one of the three iconic Speyside Distilleries. Add ice and all ingredients except for the chocolate syrup into a blender, generously coat the inside of a high-ball glass with chocolate syrup.

The malt men then turn the barley by hand using shovels and wooden paddles until the malted barley is ready for the kilning process.
