About this deal

Link to tweet with map from manhua (which this book desperately needed): https://x.com/dokkaebisan/status/1691... bluntly interacts with the dehumanization of people who have been to prison, people with less education, impoverished people, and the elderly A breeze blew at that moment, rustling the dark hair. He watched it. A chill seeped into his bones and shivered down his spine. Finally, with a sigh, An Zhe straightened out his legs and hopped down from the roof. It would have been a more painful impact, jumping from the height of the car, had two arms not immediately circled his waist and caught him as he descended. An Zhe frowned. This is one of my favourite novels !!! The characters, the worldbuilding, the setting, everything is wonderful !!

Book Genre: Adult, Boys Love, Dystopia, Fantasy, Fiction, LGBT, Light Novel, Novels, Romance, Science Fiction, Yaoi With a trumpet-like shape and a depression in the center of its cap, the chanterelle is another popular species of mushroom. Golden-hued, fleshy, and firm, they’re known for their apricot-like scent. Because they’re notoriously difficult to cultivate, foragers typically hunt for chanterelles in the wild. Note that a nonedible lookalike known as the false chanterelle (scientific name, Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca) grows throughout North America. Always forage with a trusted expert and root out the edible variety. Truly, one of my favorite dynamics. But here it’s especially interesting. Lu Feng is the most terrifying man on the human base. If he deems you a risk, he will shoot you on the spot—no reason given. However, it’s clear from his first official meeting with An Zhe that the man knows more than anyone can imagine and that he does in fact care. If he didn’t, he would’ve shot An Zhe on sight. And it’s those little things that make this ship compelling—Lu Feng will show An Zhe his reasons. He will slow down when An Zhe asks for it. He will accept his inventions, answer his questions, and listen to his explanations. And for the cold man who everyone is terrified of, those little things make him very warm toward An Zhe. Earlier I was reading “Copper Coins” for the first 30+ chapters, then I thought the dynamics and romance between the ML and the MC was was too slow burn for me. Then I started reading “Antelope and the Night Wolf” for the first few chapters and it looked like a romance too fluffy for me. So I switched to “Global University Entrance Examinations” but after translating 50 chapters of “ The Haunted” which burnt many days and night, this novel was probably going to challenge my intellect for some time. Still, I really want to read this novel someday.

8. The Little Mushroom

Where are the ladies???? I know i shouldn’t read BL novels expecting women, but i want more women than this!!! Also, even with the weird women who can vs can’t give birth thing and women who can have babies being forced to stay at the garden of eden, there should still be women around who aren’t fertile (since that’s apparently most of the women?) and like old women They propagated in the human cities, indiscriminately infecting all people and leaving corpses everywhere in the cities'" (131). Not gonna lie, the science fiction stuff flew over my head at some parts, and I swear I was trying my best. As of the end of this volume they are definitely not together, but it is starting to seem like a possibility.

The soldier...deliberately lowered his voice... ‘What is the Colonel doing?’ ‘Fixing the faucet.’ ‘The Colonel knows how to fix faucets?...Then you and he are...' ‘Right now, we're neighbors.’ ‘What about before?’…An Zhe recalled how they had slept in each other's beds. ‘Friends, I suppose.’…He seemed to not believe An Zhe. Perhaps it was that Lu Feng very rarely took apart other people's faucets." It’s important to know that Judgment Day is set in a dystopian world where nature has been mutated beyond recognitio, and the mutation is highly contagious. Humanity is declining and death is behind every corner. If you’re infected, then you’re turned into a murderous amalgamation of what has infected you. It’s very body horror-esque.i like how many gay people there are. Even an zhe’s prison buddy had a boyfriend (before being sent to prison). NOTE: gay people do die in this! But it’s not bury your gays if everyone is gay and only some of them die? like side characters

An Zhe lowered his eyes slightly. The feeling of being patted on the head by the Arbiter was very wondrous. He felt that Lu Feng was now very soft. If it was because his previous words comforted this man, he would feel rather happy.Key features: Cup shaped to saucer shaped, up to 4cm across. The upper surface is a brilliant scarlet red, fading with age to orange. The underside is paler and downy. Attached by a little stalk.

An Zhe was pressed under the body of this man. Lu Feng’s fingers lightly slid across his belly. In the weakest and softest place, the slightly cool fingertips caused a shudder. they said that they can’t let the xenogenics get human genes, so humans must be incinerated immediately if they die, but didn’t we see that people who die in the wilderness aren’t incinerated? or are they supposed to incinerate dead bodies and an zhe’s group (and an ze’s group) just ignored the rules? I feel like the whole going out into the wilderness thing seems high-risk, low reward. how are what the mercenaries have found in the wilderness worth this risk? He fell on Lu Feng, forehead against this person’s shoulder. It was hard to describe his mood at this moment but he felt like his heart was being held tightly by one hand. Intense pain drowned him and warm liquid poured out of his eyes. He knew that he was crying, knew that it was tears—something that only humans could possess. However, he felt it for the first time—the feeling that his heart was being torn into pieces.I think every Dystopian novel brings to the front questions of morality and humanity. Some do it better, and some less so, but it’s always at the front when facing a fallen society. Judgment Day is interesting in that, in its exploration of morality, righteousness, human nature, and the humane, it has a clear side… and that side is with the Arbitrator, who is seen by many as a cold-blooded murderer. While reading, you’re likely to be on his side as well. But looking at it objectively, if I were living in that world, I’ll probably be among those protesting his “cruelty” and demanding transparency, if only because that transparency can in turn suppress discourse and dissonance.
