About this deal

Not all printers can handle all paper GSM, so make sure that your printer can handle the paper GSM you want to use. For in-house printing, small printers and copiers will likely support only a few paper GSM.

Ranger Dylusions Distress Ink – full-strength – even though this is a spray bottle I used it with a small paintbrush instead (spraying this stuff makes a huge mess!) This test was the ink straight out of the bottle. Watercolor paint dry-ish – another application of watercolor paint but with this time with less wet and I dabbed it with a paper towel to soak up any excess water and then let it air dry ColorLok® Technology is a true innovation which helps improve print results when using modern printing equipment. Promotional discounts cannot be used on Office Papers unless stated otherwise. Due to the competitive prices of our Office Papers we are unable to include these in promotional offers or our Trade Discount. If you are looking to buy a large quantity of Office Paper we can offer pallets here. I didn’t think about it like that in terms of manufacturing (I don’t know much about that process), but I have other cloth cover journals with a metallic debossed design (Baron Fig) that are not similar at all to A&O’s designs. For me personally, QiHeng’s designs just still seem just too similar to A&O for me to be comfortable with them.Again, note that paper GSM is not directly related to print quality. It is more on what you are going to use it for because some paper weights are more suitable for certain applications. Hopefully, this guide was able to help you better understand what GSM is.

Archer & Olive and Scribbles That Matter are the two notebooks getting all the attention these days. Mostly A&O, right?!Buke Notebooks– The paper in Buke is smooth and it’s a pleasure to write on. Plus it passes the feathering test. No problems at all here. This test includes two different factors. First I want to see how the pen glides along the surface of the paper. Is it smooth or does the tooth (texture) of the paper cause a rough writing experience? We’ve already covered the bleeding and ghosting side of things, so that’s not a factor here. OMG this is hilarious, you’re killing me! I do the same thing – stages of rage, rage shopping, RESEARCH. and avoiding hype in an ultra suspicious fashion. i too have seen stuff get hyped that doesn’t deserve it and it squarely pisses me off.

In the next section, there’s a line on the chart that talks about the cover options, but I wanted to mention that in more detail here.Whew! This showdown is getting massive! But hey, that’s what we nerds do – we research every single teeny tiny detail, analyze it, compare and test it and then figure out who is best. In the past, I’ve gotten several of you ask for more robust fountain pen-testing. So here we are. Robust fountain pen testing, coming up next! This A4 Ryman Card is suitable for most types of printers, including inkjet, copier and laser machines and due to its weight is perfect for printing invitations, certificates, menus and other documents that require a light weight card.
