About this deal

Bonjour, j'essaie de comprendre le dessein et explication pour les manche mais je ni arrive pas, auriez-vous un vidéo pour la marche à suivre pour cette section. You are free to sell products made from my patterns, all I ask is that you do not use my images to represent your work and that you link back to my pattern in your listings.

It’s an extra long scarf that is designed to keep your arms covered and warm, like a sweater sleeve.

Shawls are a beautiful garment with a delicate feel, with lace patterns as well as chunkier, snug shawl knitting patterns to keep you wrapped up warm, the possibilities are endless! G+ crochet hook – my favourites are Furls Streamline Swirl crochet hooks or Clover Amour crochet hooks. Attach yarn in the corner of the sleeve opening (where the underarm will be) and sc in each row end allll the way to the other end, then up the other side. I am a frugal, yarn loving crochet addict that enjoys good food and fine wine - or an occasional whiskey.

I decided to name it the “Give Me a Hygge” scarf because of the way you pronounce the yarn: Hoo-gah. Hold the end together with a stitch marker or a safety pin and, using your arm as a guide, estimate how far down you want your scarf to sit on your arm. This pattern uses the Lemon Peel stitch, a remarkably mindless and repetitive stitch that works up super quickly with this bulky weight yarn. Meaning at no additional cost to you, should you wish to purchase from some of them, a portion of the sale is kicked back to Knitatude. Then rows 14-16 are supposed to remain at 38 stitches but we are again chaining two at the beginning. There are a few ways to wear this scarf, but the easiest way is by simply wrapping it around your neck with the sleeves draped down your arms, then slide your hands into the sleeves. The wrap is worked from the top to bottom in one long row, so you will be working US sc/UK dc in the back loop only at each end of the row for the sleeve rib, and then the main stitch pattern in the centre of the row. Row 7:ch1, dc in BL of each st up to and including marked st, *htr in FL of next st, htr in BL of next st, htr in next st; rep from * to marked st, dc in BL of each st to end, turn. I joined the two sides of the sleeves together with a mattress stitch, in an attempt to put the focus on the star of the show: the alpine stitch.

This cabley babe was an inspo from my previous and OG Wrap Me Up Sweater Scarf that I made last year. With a mixture of step by step photos and video tutorials, there are beginner to advanced crochet stitches for everyone to try. It’s a good idea to try on the top before weaving in your ends so that you can adjust exactly how many stitches to seam to fit you perfectly. I designed the Eleanor Sweater Scarf a number of years ago for Simply Crochet Magazine and had forgotten all about launching the pattern on the blog until a few weeks ago when I was wearing it.Size A fits bust sizes 28-38”, B fits bust sizes 40-50”, and C fits bust sizes 52-62” - so be sure to follow the correct size throughout.
