In 2002 Glow Industries filed a lawsuit against Lopez and Coty asking that Lopez and her company to stop using the name as their own perfume, which would be released in August 2003, as it can cause confusion. If this perfume really isn't available anymore, I will admit that it's quite similar to "Happy" by Clinique for women, so you could always just use that one instead.

I must add on a nicer note, Miami Glow does have great lasting power, I guess that earns this fragrance one star from me. If it had been a sweet synthetic smell I may have liked it, but this fragrance is similar to the scent of cheap suntan lotion. Sure it smells beachy, tropical, Summery and a little like sunscreen, but aren't there enough fragrances like that already? It balances the line between sweet and fresh, bringing to mind a summer cocktail, sipped on a beach.The coconut scent in the sunscreen stays for about 2 hours, and fits sooo nicely with the minty, soapy, fruity smells in the top, and by the time the sunscreen's fragrance begins to fade, the perfume has settled into a lovely fresh but warm smell that reminds me of sunbaked sand. Miami Glow will be available for one year only, and according to Lopez the scent is “warm, like a beach at night”. Since Glow, Lopez has been credited with influencing other celebrity endorsements of fragrance, [4] which has included Halle Berry, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Madonna, among others. A judge denied their request; as Glow Industries hadn't demonstrated how consumer confusion would occur, or even a likelihood for it. The scent contains notes of lychee, melon, passionfruit, mandarine, ozone, white cherry, freesia, rose, orange, patchouli, moss, and blonde woods.
