About this deal

We're thrilled and very proud to announce the arrival of the Hamleys® LEGO Royal Guard Minifigure (5005233), created exclusively for Hamleys® and our LEGO-loving visitors. The toys Hamleys is selling are quite normal, so the default mark-up is far from enough to make it break even I guess. The Emperor's Royal Guard, also known as the Imperial Royal Guard, the Imperial Guard, or simply the Royal Guard, and under the Galactic Republic as the Red Guard, was an elite unit whose members served as personal bodyguards to the Galactic Emperor. The iconic London Royal Guard comes fully and suitably attired in the traditional red uniform and bearskin hat - it's a must for all LEGO collectors and little builders with big imaginations.

LEGO Hamleys Exclusive Royal Guard Minifigure 5005233

The LEGO Star Wars Royal Guard minifig was first introduced in 2016 in the set 75159 The Death Star and is currently estimated to be valued around 7 € and an annual growth of about 8. They've guarded the sovereign and the Royal Palaces since 1660 and now the majestic Royal Guard are reporting for duty at Hamleys and it's all thanks to the genius powers of everyone's favourite rainbow-coloured construction exerts, LEGO. I like most of the changes, but all the colorful Technic pieces when 10188 had mostly monochromatic ones is definitely a step back. Please note: a signature is required for most deliveries so please choose an address where someone is in. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders.Normally there's no good reason for an AFOL to visit, but the announcement of an exclusive minifigure, 5005233 Hamleys Royal Guard, changes that. A Royal Guard, also known as an Imperial Royal Guard, is an elite unit of the Galactic Empire dedicated to protecting Emperor Palpatine. The Gladiator, Grenadier Guard, Cavewoman, Dwarf Warrior, Pharaoh Queen and Mafia Gangster are mine favourite Series 5 minifigures ever and it will be another hard challenging time for me and the rest to find . The Ultimate Collector's Series, or UCS, is a LEGO subtheme of Star Wars introduced in 2000 and was meant to be more detailed and aimed at older builders.

The LEGO Minifigure Series Royal Guard minifig was first introduced in 2011 in the set Series 5 Complete Set and is currently estimated to be valued around 12 € and an annual growth of about 13. The Royal Guard minifigure, which comes with Collectable minifigure display plate, looks at first glance to be much the same as its Series 5 counterpart, with the same iconic bearskin hat and red tunic. Other major differences include the centre line of the coat, which is now straight and, unfortunately, lacks printing at the very bottom of the torso; the gold buttons which are separated in sets of 2 rather than being spread evenly throughout the front of the coat; the colouring of the leaves on the collar is now white instead of gold and, surprisingly, there is a lack of detailing on the belt compared to the Series 5 Guard.
