From start to finish, everything is produced by hand in small batches including bottling, labelling, wax sealing and stamping.

At Revolution Bar “Our brand new Gin Academy is overflowing with fun, flavour combinations, pro-tips from our bartenders, exciting interactive games and yummy snacks. The vision for the spa is the perfect storm of great service, exceptional treatments and of course, Gin.Our name derives from the ancient Scots word for a ‘poet’— a maker of verse; which embodies the craft and attention that our team of distillers devote to each and every bottle. With notes of bramble (blackberries), peach, and lavender, you won’t be able to get enough of this botanist gin. This Glasgow based gin’s founders include two Scottish rugby players- Ryan Grant and Ruaridh Jackson. Compared to Glaswegin, Crossbill Gin keeps it simple when it comes to the botanicals and goes for just two – juniper berries and rosehip.

Drop-off and Pick-up - Use our dedicated free drop off/pick up zone (operates when there is an event in the OVO Hydro). The distillers recently collaborated with fine-dining Glasgow restaurant, Cail Bruich, to create a new carrot and sea buckthorn seasonal gin. Born from the dream of an engineer and junior doctor, MacLeans Gin is a tale of entrepreneurship and excitement, resulting in a beautiful gin you can try when you visit Strathaven and Glasgow. Sourcing their ingredients from the Highlands, you genuinely get inexperience unlike any other when you try Crossbill’s exquisite gin.Maybe it was the Scottish junipers used in the drink’s creation, but the tipple became so popular that Scottish distilleries soon appeared and began making their own versions. The gin takes its name from the Scottish Crossbill, a native bird, which, like its juniper supply, can only be found in the ancient Caledonian pine forests of Scotland. Nothing will ever leave the distillery that’s not just the way we want it, and as a result, we’re proud to have won some of the most prestigious awards in the industry.
