Having the challenge of making Dutch Barn as sustainable as possible, whilst achieving the very best vodka possible, was a great adventure. We have been carbon neutral from day one of production and are Pending B-Corp®, with the goal of full certification within our first year. Made by master distiller Jamie Baggot, Dutch Barn is tasted every 20 minutes as it evolves from British apples, balanced with a touch of potato spirit until it develops into a crisp, clean and smooth vodka at 40 per cent ABV. I am new to the farming world, but my understanding is that more farmers are moving towards not tilling the soil because of the damage it does, so our growing of apple trees will hopefully be seen as something that is good and helpful to the planet.We understand that restoring and protecting our planet and treating people with respect is for the good of everyone.
