It can also be applied on terracotta, brick and stone, bringing out beautiful rich colour into the garden.

It sounds as though the protective layer of the previously applied Garden Shades is stopping the new coat from adhering. Ducksback product when rained 2 days after it was applied ( which was the night before last) oddly has marked all of my belongings that are within the parameter of the decking.
