She deftly dodges a question about which makeup artists (MUAs) she likes most. “For me, it’s very important that I give everyone the same sort of attention because it would be unfair to have favourites,” she says, diplomatically. It would be a stretch to call her the bad cop to Dom’s good cop, but she brings the necessary discipline and trepidation needed for TV, which also translates into real world professionalism required to work in the industry.

"I just think [working out] helps your mental health so much anyway – there’s a difference in how I feel if I go out and do some exercise versus just staying in bed all day," she said. "I notice how it impacts my brain and how I’m feeling." Group sesh is best We were in the studio one day and someone was singing that Slave song, ‘Watching You.’ We flipped it into ‘Rollin’ down the street, smokin indo, sippin’ on gin and juice,’ and made it happen from there.”

I love being the host, but I know what I’m great at (making the drinks and being on playlist duty) so I make sure my guests know that it’s not gonna be gourmet dishes when they come round," she said.
