Seems after reading the review before mine I’m not the only one who has had a very costly problem with this product. Haven’t tried the recipes yet, but I notice that they do not include the step to bloom the gelatin first, even though the article clearly states that is necessary. Need a set of espresso cups but are running low on cupboard and bench space?
