About this deal

The handle end is the end that does the stretching on my device but I guess either way would work. I removed the rubber tips from the clamp end and drilled a hole right through. Then insert a threaded bolt, and use a combination of 3 nuts. 2 nuts hold one side of the clamp onto the bolt, the other wing nut on the left is what controls the stretch and speeds and closes the clamp. I have used 2 wing nuts and 1 normal nut but you only need 1 wing nut really. In simplest terms, phimosis is a condition where men become unable to completely retract their foreskin over the entire head of the penis. In other words, the opening of the foreskin is too narrow to allow the glans (head of the penis) to pass through. This was a revolutionary breakthrough and for the first time men could have an alternative to circumcision. Post marketing surveillance data of the balloon foreskin stretcher has reported that the device has excellent tolerability, has no reported side effects and effectively loosens the foreskin. Unlike popular belief, the foreskin is not useless. It has the important function of keeping the glans (head of the penis) moist, which protects its delicate surface and prevents abrasions or chafing during intercourse. New research has also revealed that the foreskin plays a role in stimulating the G-spot in female partners. Researchers have even found that the presence of the foreskin can prevent vaginal dryness during sex (a common occurrence in women across all ages).

The NOVOGLAN Foreskin Stretcher will safely and gently stretch your foreskin This will allow you to retract your foreskin naturally. Novoglan uses our patented foreskin balloon tissue expansion system with air inflator to stretch the foreskin. The user simply positions the balloon between the foreskin and the glans of the penis, inflating the balloon to the desired pressure. Most important of all, ever since we launched our product, we never stopped improving it. As of today, GlansPro has undergone well over 70 design enhancements and the results speak for themselves - GlansPro has well over a 95% success rate.

The foreskin has many vital functions

So rather than exert an opposing force onto the phimotic band and stimulate it to grow, these balloons simply pouch outwards. Exerting any more air pressure into the balloon does not translate into more pressure on the phimotic band - it translates into a greater out-pouching of the balloon.

The Urologists and biomedical engineers that helped design GlansPro understood that when it comes to stimulating natural foreskin growth, providing enough pressure is key. Simply said, if you want your foreskin to open wide enough to be able to slide past an erect glans, you need to stimulate it with enough pressure. It's essentially just a mini metal spring clamp(the kind with rubber sleeves on the tips) like this that you can get from any hardware store.

Frequently Asked Questions

slow – regular – even pressure over several weeks is the key to effective and safe treatment of phimosis. “ So why should I choose the Novoglan foreskin stretcher ? A recent myth that has been propagated by balloon device manufacturers is that metallic stretchers are inherently dangerous because they are made of stainless steel. This logic is not based on sound science and is meant to mislead the sufferer. Injuries from stretching have nothing to do with the material used and is completely dependent on the pressure exerted. And what about the claim by balloon device manufacturer's that stainless steel isn't an ideal material choice for foreskin expansion… Sometimes, a doctor may recommend using a phimosis cream to help soften the skin and make it easier to stretch. However, it's essential to only use the cream under medical supervision, as specially formulated skin conditioning creams can have potential side effects. Medical device regulations in most countries are very strict with severe penalties for selling devices that do not comply with the local laws. There are many devices sold online that claim to treat phimosis, however, they are illegal and often dangerous. The reason they are illegal despite being marketed online is that they do not comply with strict safety rules and that is because most of the devices have safety issues that would not pass scrutiny of a medical device regulator. Some devices are surgical skin re-tractors that have been re-purposed and are known to cause damage to the foreskin.
