About this deal

Every person in the group writes down something that they have done on a small piece of paper or card. At the end, collect the portraits and put them up on the office or staff room wall for a bit of a giggle. Encourage collaboration – When people feel relaxed, they will be more able to interact comfortably with each other and the facilitator. This ice breaker is guaranteed to create a laugh and get participants to interact with each other. It’ll get everyone’s creativity flowing - but just make sure people don’t offend each other by drawing terrible pictures! Instructions

In fact, research has shown that when used early on in training, icebreakers can improve the training process because they improve communication and transparency throughout teams. 4. Creates better teamsSome people will love this activity, while others will find it more of a challenge and will worry about being made a fool of – every group is different. The aim of all our icebreaker games is that they are fun and only require a small amount of time. Chapters Have the kids split up into pairs. You can do this by numbering them and putting number one with the last number, number two with the second to the last number, etc. If you have an uneven number of kids, pair an adult with one or have the extra child help supervise the game. Much like the silly argument activity, Hot Take is designed to encourage the sharing of opinions, hopefully with some laughs. A simple and classic ice breaker game. Each employee shares three statements about themselves – two true, and one false. Then, everyone tries to guess which is the lie by asking questions. Try to find out as many details about the statements as possible and watch the speaker’s reactions closely. The whole point is to learn facts about your peers while inserting an element of mystery.

Team icebreakers such as those below are great for enhancing team bonding and empowering everyone in the group to move forward together. Let’s take a look! Most people recognize that heart-sinking feeling when you are waiting to start a training session and the organiser says:Once a team has arranged themselves, the leader of the group makes sure they have done so correctly. The first team to do so wins. Protect the Egg Have the children stand in front of the group one at a time and turn so that the group can see the picture. After a minute or so, each pair must say their line to the rest of the group and the other pairs have 20 seconds to write down where they think the quote has come from
