Suspension; range of motion is somewhat limited, but less so than you’d think. Very suitable for partial suspensions or full suspensions as long as you’re not hoping to be wildly dynamic.I discovered while testing that it’s relatively easy to get to both sides of the body at any point; the interior of the Dungym is a lot roomier than it looks in these photos.
