Also the side characters, the Brazilian culture, the friendships, the family were all beautifully done and developed and I wish we could’ve gotten more. I wanted to be a part of it all.

The Worst Best Man is about Frankie and Aiden, obviously.. since I already mentioned them. They meet at a wedding, where Frankie is the maid of honor for her best friend Pru's wedding. From this, she meets Aiden who is the best man for Chip. There are a bunch of spoiled rotten people in this wedding party, including Aiden.. but with Frankie's sass she made this wedding so enjoyable. Hell, the entire book she was my lovable spitfire girl. I want to grow up and be like her.

Let alone realize that you screwed the wrong brother first, only to later end up in the same family. Ffs, Max was this close to being her brother in law. There are other fish in the sea, Lina! I liked Frankie but I really loved Aiden. He was "All In" when it came to Frankie. So devoted and in love. Frankie had a little ways to go to be ready and deserving of Aiden. That was a big switch. It ended up working but Frankie- so stubborn. Thing I Loved #5: Max, of course. He was the SWEETEST, even when he was being an insecure moppet. And with a brother like Andrew his issues were 100% understandable, LOL. But regardless, he was also a wonderful... well, hero. He made me swoon twenty-thousand times and I envision him with a dimple in his chin.

Over the last 12-18 months, I've read a lot of rom-coms. They're the perfect foil for some of the heavier stuff and thrillers I read, and they never fail to put me in a good mood—and in some cases, even choke me up. (Not that that should surprise anyone who follows me, given that I cry watching television commercials sometimes.) He WAS as bad as his half brother, the only difference? If he committed felony? He wouldn't have been caught. Also, this is a weird criticism, and one I'm making again that I made in another review just recently, but this whole going hard to be socially savvy or relevant, by having all this dialogue around certain topics is.. I don't know, overkill. I'm sure there's a way to touch on all these hot button issues without making the reader feel like they are being condescended to, or preached at, but maybe some readers aren't as dialed in or don't mind? I don't know what it is. And I doubt I'll ever be able to articulate my feelings on this properly. But. It's just a lot. I have seen many say that they'd have liked an epilogue, 🤷 sure deffo wouldn't go astray but obvs didn't take away from my massive enjoyment of this book. That ending with the aunts & her mother was perfect to me - equal parts hopeful and hilarious 😎 And OMG they had scoring and HOT chemistry. WOWZER!!! I was turned on, hot and bothered and pretty much goo whenever they got it on between the sheets, on the sofa, in the limo, office, and music room. Sizzle!!!!

The premise is cute and I had high hopes after reading a positive a review on here recently. The Worst Best Man seemed to have potential, but in the end it didn't work for me. Cute and VERY steamy but a few too many relationships of convenience/fake dating going on for me! The plot was all over the place. SHE GOT ON HER KNEES TO PROPOSED TO HIM (after she broke up with him for not being honest to her) NO!!! That is a man's job.
