But there are some truly beautiful moments in this book. Those sweet, endearing moments that Hadley shares with Oliver. Two characters, that I instantly knew I would like. If you’re someone who appreciates an excellent film score, then you’ll be pleased to know that Love at First Sight includes just that, in addition to its great music line-up. And let's talk about this love interest, shall we? He's tall, lanky, and floppy haired; you know, the standard by which all boys are messured nowadays. But even he can't seem to breathe any life into a story this boring. Seriously, my jaw still hurts from all the yawning I did while reading this. I know I must seem a little bitter, but can you really blame me for hoping that maybe, just maybe, this could turn out to be as cute and pleasantly fluffy as Anna and the French Kiss? This book won’t go on my “most memorable” shelf, to put it plainly. This is why, and I am in the minority here, I just couldn't like this book as I thought I would.
