The first player to reach the RED space wins the game OR The last player on the Game Board, after all the other players have been caught and killed by the Grim Reaper, is the winner. This is a collaborative review post from Sam, co-founder of Dafuq Is Dis. She is a big fan of party board games and agreed to review Stupid Deaths with her family. Stupid Deaths is a brilliantly dark family board game. If the brand you buy is important to you, our best advice is to spend some time writing up your own list of ideal brands. That way when you come to the point where you’re comparing product options you can filter to only show the products from brands in your list. The next step for us was to look at all of the products that fall within the Board games category, of which we found 321 products at Argos. So we pulled together all of the prices of these products to analyse the average prices as well as finding the cheapest and most expensive options. The first factor that you can look at is the brand. Often we can get a really good understanding of the quality of toys and other gadgets by just looking at the brand. There are some brands that are really well known for great quality, whilst others might be better known for value.(and some are known to be poor in both areas).

If the price appears to be significantly lower than you’d expect for the sort of product you’re buying, then you’d be wise to start looking in a bit more detail at other indicators of the quality. Method of Death: Died of gangrene after a small boy shot him in the arm with an arrow. The king was distracted by an enemy soldier smashing away arrows with a frying pan. Method of Death #1: The first archer shouted to him, "I bet you can't hit my hat!", so the rival archer attempted the challenge and missed, and shot him in the head. Method of Death: While sneaking into a Saracen camp, one of the Knights accidentally fell into a pit & drowned in poo. The rest were then killed by the awakened Saracens.

Game Play

Stupid Deaths had only three females for Gorgeous Georgians, all of whom were portrayed by Martha Howe-Douglas. If they are correct players get to move one space forward, and if they are incorrect the Grim Reaper moves one space forward per wrong answer. Gameplay is continued on like this alternating players each round so that everyone gets a chance to read a card. Maybe a game about death is a little grim (reaper), but it’s dead fun! So, to make sure we don’t get too carried away (by the light), we’ll keep this short and simple: If you want a game that will, ironically, bring life to your game night, you need Stupid Deaths – the game of grave humour! Then we’re on to features. Again this will vary in importance depending on the type of toy you’re buying. You’ll no doubt have a view on whether you care about features or not for Board games.

The concept of Stupid Deaths is dead simple. The cards feature a bunch (a gaggle… a murder?) of deaths and you have to decide whether they’re real or made up – true or false. Remember: Players only have one Extra Life Token per game. The next time the Grim Reaper catches a player, that player is dead and out of the game. One player shuffles the Stupid Deaths Cards and places them in the middle of the Game Board. Each player is given an Extra Life Token, along with one True and one False Voting Card.

When the Grim Reaper catches up and lands on or passes a player's space, that player has been 'touched by death' and is now out of the game (unless he/she has an Extra Life Token).Method of Death: Fell into his own cesspit & drowned in his own poo, during his day-off from his job of gong-farming (poop-scooping). Turns out Darwin was right - many people die in utterly ridiculous ways. In this hilarious party game players work to beat the grim reaper by trying to identify between myth and fact. This is the game of grave humour, wher players who are dead right win!
