Patrón produces its Tequila in small batches using old and traditional processes. What sounds normal at first is a highly unusual thing to do these days. Roca Patrón is an upgraded line that includes silver, reposado, and añejo tequilas. They are made exclusively with the tahona process and bottled between 42 percent and 45 percent ABV (84 to 90 proof). Patrón XO Cafe liqueur Roca Patrón Añejo is a Tequila aged for a minimum of 14 months in former Bourbon barrels.
