Connect the WR-R10 to your DSLR, either via the camera's accessory terminal, or with the WR-A10 adapter. Cameras with a 10-pin connector can be set up to be a 'master' camera, so when you press the shutter button on that camera body, the remote cameras paired to it will all fire simultaneously (up to around 50m away). I just did that, but I saw nothing. I guess I'll just take them to BH Photo and test a different remote/camera combination there. I hope it's the remore (as it seems from your suggested test). For one thing, I have Foolography Unleashed, which uses a bluetooth dongle to trigger the shutter as well as send GPS data and also intervalometer functions. Can the ML-L3 infrared remote be used with the Zs? I can't find an option for it. If not, which wireless triggers are compatible?

It does not have the capability to press it half way down to autofocus. Instead, it autofocuses just before it fires the shot. It is extremely handy for group shots, or times when you do not want to wait for the timer. Most of Nikon’s DSLR provide the ability to fire it directly or with a short 2 second pause / timer feature.
