Books in the student's recommended library are based on the student's level of interest in the eleven categories. Interests can always be changed after the initial inventory choices. You will see the books in the category or subcategory. If you select the (filter) icon, you can also choose whether to see only fiction books, only non-fiction or only graphic novels. If your school has turned on CEFR levels, you can also choose to see books for the levels A1, A2, B1, or B2.

If you want to change the interests you chose, select Edit your interests above the recommended books.

myON, together with Accelerated Reader, is the perfect tool to support whole class reading – an effective way of building reading skills and confidence. Student Profile Report (Student Access) Select Recommended to see books that are recommended to you based on your year and your Interest Inventory. (Your Star score is also used if it is available.)Understanding aspects of usage data (such as "Books Opened" and "Books Read") and the different ways for seeing that information (also see Reports) Favourites & Bundles shows the books that you added using the icon in a list of books, the button when viewing a book's information or the button when reading a book. It is a good place to save books that you are interested in reading. Search Renaissance myON News, powered by News-o-Matic, delivers age-appropriate digital news articles for students, reporting on timely topics and current events. For Chrome Books: Running the current Chrome OS, or last two versions and the current version of Chrome or the last two versions.

Select Search to look for books by title, author or other book information. You can also choose to find books that are fiction or nonfiction, books with certain book or reading levels, books for your year group or types of stories.
