I’m preparing to do low carb as soon as Trulicity wears off, but I wondered where is the best place to find low carb alternatives? Mainly I want low carb wraps and bread, but I’ve been to morrisons and not found a great deal.

Hovis make a couple of lower carb breads which are much better than their regular wholemeal or seeded breads. In the Wholemeal version there is 9.8g carbs, 5.8g protein and 1.3g fat per large slice which is great if you are not keen on seeded breads.
