This Protein tastes good and has no problem mixing. The problem is that it is marketed as "diet" protein for weight loss when in fact it actually contains more calories per scoop than the regular Whey protein and that's without taken 2 coops as recommended. Could someone please tell me the difference between diet whey isolate 97 and whey protein 90 (isolate)?
