About this deal

The Matrix also provides advanced features including independent Dolby Audio (Atmos) & DTS Audio down mixing on HDMI and audio outputs allowing a mixture of different audio output formats for use with different audio capable displays and AV amplifiers. Manages the routing of USB HID signals between peripheral DM devices and input cards that are equipped with USB HID ports. Also programmable to manage the routing of USB signals between Crestron USB over Ethernet Extender modules ( USB-EXT-DM, sold separately). Refer to the USB-EXT-DM spec sheet for more information. Maximum Load: 40 Watts (1.66 Amps @ 24 Volts DC) per port, limited to the available DMNet power from the internal power supply (see "Power Requirements" below) or an external power supply [16]

C88CS — Blustream

The primary objective of every Crestron system is to enable precisely the control desired for a seamless user experience. DigitalMedia provides an alternative to conventional IR and RS-232 device control by harnessing the CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) signal embedded in HDMI. Through its connection to the control system, the DM-MD8X8 provides a gateway for controlling many devices right through their HDMI or HDBaseT connections, potentially eliminating the need for any dedicated control wires or IR emitters. [13] The PLA88CS is a 4K HDMI 2.0 8x8 Matrix, distributing HDMI, ARC, LAN, Bi-directional IR / RS-232 and PoC up to lengths of 150m (1080p) over a single CAT cable. digital multichannel audio-follow-video matrix switching, plus independent 8x8 stereo matrix for audio breakaway Refer to the Crestron DigitalMedia Design Guide, Doc. #4546 for complete system design guidelines. All wire and cables are sold separately. High-performance H.264 streaming capability enables enterprise-wide distribution of HD content over an IP network. Streaming expands the capabilities of DM to remove all distance limitations and allow distribution to virtually any device — anywhere in the world. Streaming is an essential component of any complete DM system, allowing for high-definition signal routing to Crestron touch screens, digital signage displays, remote buildings, and global offices without requiring any new or dedicated wiring. Large-scale streaming to computers and mobile devices can be facilitated through integration with a streaming media system such as Wowza® or Kaltura®.Extreme EDID Management -With 29 onboard EDID’s, including HDR EDID’s, not getting a picture is simply a thing of the past. Integrators can manage the input side of the switch by selecting a preloaded EDID. We also can instantly read an EDID from any connected display and apply it to the desired input, all with the push of a button. Goodbye, EDID problems... HDMI audio breakout to associated output analogue L/R audio and coaxial digital outputs concurrently

The HMXL88ARC features enhanced audio routing via an integrated 26x8 audio matrix. This enables the audio both from displays and sources, to be embedded and routed through the system at the users discretion. The VM5808H is an ideal solution for applications that require multiple HDMI displays with multiple HDMI sources to be conveniently setup in multiple locations, such as for stage presentations, competitions, control centers, and installations that require real-time reports. We developed the AEUI technology with our group of engineers. Installers can use our interface confidently, knowing that we are not simply attaching an already available technology. We built the AEUI from scratch for our integrators with the technology they requested Independent video down conversion on all HDMI outputs allowing for displays only capable of supporting lower 4K video resolutions (4K 60Hz 4:2:0) to receive native 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 video content while still showing maximum original 4K UHD resolution on remaining video outputs The maximum cable length for DigitalMedia 8G+ (DM 8G+) or HDBaseT is dependent upon the type of cable, the choice of input/output card, and the resolution of the video signal. Refer to the “Maximum DM 8G Cable Lengths” table for a detailed overview. Crestron legacy cable models DM-CBL DigitalMedia Cable and DM-CBL-D DigitalMedia D Cable support the same resolutions and cable lengths as CAT5e. Shielded cable and connectors are recommended to safeguard against unpredictable environmental electrical noise which may impact performance at resolutions above 1080p. DM 8G+ is compatible with HDBaseT Alliance specifications for connecting to HDBaseT compliant equipment.
