The Gallo Gun is a wonderful alternative to the environmentally unfriendly practice of using refrigerant to clean the drain line.I had an AC drain line clog and while my air handler is on the 3rd floor of my townhome, the clog was somewhere in between the 3rd floor and the drain outlet on the first floor. While I used a commercial pipe unclogging liquid, it did the job but with the use of some chemicals. Because of the way our drain tube is installed, it is hard to focus air to the area that usually clogs. This device allows me to shoot a burst of air into just the part of the pipe that gets clogged.
