About this deal

I'm not letting the fans spinning at more than 2400 rpm (mainly to avoid too much noise and the cooling is less impacted) and all my fans are using a custom curve.

So ... if you want some help with your heat problem, we need to have that information (as a start) to being to look at it.

And you should plan the load based on the maximum. I would not recommend powering more than about 60 LEDs from the Commander Pro. And keep in mind that your profiles don't run on boot. Do you have the cooler properly powered (look in the AIO FAQ linked in by signature for details on this)? This is also my first time building a PC, so forgive my ignorance. I've always bought pre-built gaming systems in the past, but thought I would finally give it a shot myself. Turns out, it can get pretty confusing lol. Another method that works in all Windows versions is to execute the cmd command from the Run dialog box. Would I be better off connecting the 6 on the rad to the Com Core 1,2,3 via PWM Splitters, the 6 on the front and side via the PWM Repeater into Com Core 4, and the rear fan into Com Core 5. This would leave me with 1 free fan header on the Com Core, but if I am correct I could control all fans then, knowing that the front and side ones would be at the same speed but controllable all the same.

The Commander Pro has 6 QL 120mm Fans powered and all 6 lighting wire are connected to 1st USB Lighting Node.

Second, you don't have any of temp sensors for the Commander Pro connected. Those are actually the best control sources for your fan curves. These can also be quite helpful in diagnosing any cooling issues. For example, put one on the radiator intake, put another just over the pump head and put a third one somewhere else in the case (hard to say where as we've no idea what case you have).

I am going to try the lighting node core tomorrow, however I don't have much faith that it is going to work. yes you would be able to change the color of the QL fans. but certain sequential RGB effects will play wrong. I have bought last month a Corsair Obsidian 900D case and a Corsair Commander Pro with it. I have plugged the 3 front fans of the case(3pin) into a normal Y-splitter (the one without power taken from the PSU) and plugged it into my fan port#2 of the Commander Pro. In addition to all the onboard devices you can plug directly into the Commander PRO, there’s also an integrated USB 2.0 HUB so you can plug in other USB devices that would otherwise take up a USB header on your motherboard. This is especially handy if you want to have one of our intelligent power supplies or Hydro Series liquid cooler plugged into a single USB header. Both. I have 3 fans connected to one header with with a total current if 0.9A. That should not matter, I can do the same off a MB header no problems.Ultimately I asked questions prior to plugging anything in as I understood there may be limitations in how I wanted to bend the rules and did not want to risk any damage.. so.. I asked.. got the info.. did the math.. used the splitters where needed,, 4 Commander Pro's in my house and all work fine I just received everything (commander XT and 2 SP120 pro) everything works as I hoped, except for the 2 fans I bought myself.
