When you bake the rice and roasted vegetables in one pan, the reality is that there is only so much veggies that get the benefit of the beautiful oven roasting char. So when you are spreading the veggies across the top of the rice, make sure to be fair! Get a bit of each type of veggies on the surface so you get some char. What I thought:This recipe was so easy to follow. Despite loving baking, I’ve never made a cheesecake before, but I felt like a pro by the time I’d finished this recipe. Start with a pound of spaghetti and add some olive oil and any aromatics. I would definitely recommend onions, garlic and some type of seasoning, like Italian seasoning. Then mix all those ingredients well together by hand.

Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil and pinch the edges together to seal tightly. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven for 20-25 minutes.
