The focus 2 is 2X the price of the 5200, but it’s performance over crinkling, sirens, toilet, and dishwashing to me make it worth the long term trial. I already own the 5200 and will still keep it as it’s excellent for travel and car. But the focus 2 will likely become my primary around the house headset and for long working trips.I got the Teams version... which actually simple replaces the button in the center of the left side for a button that brings up Teams when pressed, or joins you to a meeting that has already started. I don't really use it, so I would have preferred to go for the regular version that pauses music with it. both performed the same, water was barely audible, roomba was a very low rumble, as if it was 2 rooms away vs at my feet

The Poly Voyager Focus UC uses Bluetooth version 4.1 compared to the Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC that uses Bluetooth version 5.1. Most of us would scratch our heads and wonder what's the difference. Well, if you're like me in that way, and you'd like to know the differences, here's an article by Namrata Gogoi of Guiding Tech that helps to break that down. TLDR; the Focus 2 has overall much better mic ANC than the 5200 and your voice sounds much more natural and full bodied to the listener. You must use the USB-C dongle in your laptop for the Mute button to work, but don't need it when paired with your mobile phone.
