Thankfully that was not the extent of it. The cast of Hamilton is now performing Wait for It. It’s genuinely sad when it ends, largely because it’s followed by a performance of Phantom of the Opera, from a musical whose name I can’t remember. Play all of your cards first to win. I'd believed in true love which called for a wedding of tasteful yet still Moulin Rouge production number glory" I remember absolutely nothing from my 10th grade Chemistry class, but I do know, for a fact, that this book has way less chemistry in it then my brain does. Also everything is just so over the top. All the people are behaving like they're crazy. Not the funny way of crazy, just crazy crazy. It's like the sitcom version of a sitcom version of a sitcom. And then there are tons of cultural references. Like in every sentence three of them. First things first, this book while looking at it and reading the blurb might seem similar to Red, White & Royal Blue. But that's all there is to it. The actual book, is nothing like it. This felt shallow in comparison. Overall, this is a fast and fluffy romantic read that also offers a good take on acceptance. 3.5 stars (rounded up here). This performance is basically History of Dance, but about songs from the 1960s onwards. It’s Pan’s People, I think, except with more ribbons and jumping. Beyond going through the galleys of the book, John and I have watched every possible police procedural in every language on earth. With that knowledge, where do you think the best place in the world would be to be a detective? I thought of the idea to do a royal romantic comedy about a gay couple 20 years ago. I kept imagining it in different forms, but I knew it hadn’t landed yet. I always wanted it to be a completely joyous romp and an all-out rom-com. I started it as a novel a couple of years ago as an antidote to the Trump years. You have to let the material take what form it wants to take, and this material wanted to be a book. I hadn’t been aware there was a whole school of royal gay romances which apparently get a lot of female readers. I also liked the idea that it wouldn’t be a lugubrious coming-out story or a tale of a gay man getting killed with a crowbar. Not all gay stories are tragic. A charming, funny, highly entertaining love story that reminds us what might happen if we were to get what we wish for.”—Edge Media Network Who I love because he's kind and generous and deeply enjoys using words like 'indeed,' 'wherewithal' and 'everlastingly.'" Indeed. She’s done Chain Reaction. She’s done Thank You. And now she’s doing Ain’t No Mountain High Enough. This could potentially be her Hey Jude. Strap yourself in. This could go on for a while. There are also quite a few lines I am not quoting, on the subject of vomiting, which slayed one who had hyperemesis gravida. Twice. The nice thing about this is that Prince William set this song up by ending his speech with the line “what a wonderful world”. Personally I would have ended the speech with “I like to move it move it” just to see Hans Zimmer scramble to keep up, but that’s why Prince William is going to be king and I’m going to be arrested for treason in about half an hour.
