I can honestly say that after using this product I have been sweat free for the first time in years!! Since using this I have not. My pits stay completely dry all day and all night. 2/3 sprays per pit lasts about 3 days and of course I shower in between without having to reapply. More frequent application may be required in more extreme cases. Perspi-Guard Maximum Strength Antiperspirant Spray can be used on the underarms, hands and even the feet. It is the easiest to apply and also the least expensive and least invasive treatment option available. Without sounding too gross, I suffer with hyperhidrosis in my palms and even my fingertips glisten with sweat on the coldest day. When people extend their hand to shake mine, I die a little inside as I know that refusing would be weird so I have to let them suffer the slime shake. Gross, I know. Even using my iPhone is a challenge as I have to wipe the screen on my t-shirt every time I want to use it.

First time I put it on, no stinging, no pain, nothing. I was sure it hadn't worked. The treatment was that mild! Now after several months of use, I only need to apply ever 2 weeks or so. No more changing shirts during the day, no more fear of people stepping away from me. It's that good, please try it yourself. Only few tips would be to actually rub in the spritz of fluid into your skin, it really does last longer. And goes without saying, leave at least 24 hours after you shave! Absolutely incredible - after years of trying everything Perspi-Guard works!! I have tried all kinds of solutions for my horrendous under-arm perspiration and nothing has worked. I have been cursed by it since my teens, so basically I mostly wear white or really dark shirts and my perspiration destroys them, never mind the feeling of wetness that I have lived with all these years, and the huge sweat patches that are so visible - I am now 47. I did a very slight application on Friday night and it is now Monday evening; I have had quite a busy weekend and was wearing a waterproof coat watching the Irish Open golf all day Saturday and Sunday - usually a recipe for sweating like crazy. But no - totally dry underarm all weekend!!!I thought at first it was coincidental that there was no feeling of wetness and no staining. After all the weather was getting more autumnal. And then we had the Indian summer a week or so ago with high temperatures and equally high humidity. And guess what? Still no wetness or staining. I'm a Perspi Guard convert! Side effects, when it’s wet there’s an occasional itch, but I believe that’s the evaporations of whatever base liquid is used. Either that, or I’ve got bigger problems...! for someone who had to change deodorant every couple of months and even when a deodorant "worked", I could still slightly smell sweat! When i went out on social occasions, i was constantly paranoid to lift up my arms in case my antiperspirant suddenly decided to stop working. I also do a lot of running and bike riding.. all in all, it was a mixture of slight paranoia with a touch of BO... None of the regular antiperspirant works well for me, but this stuff is magic. I can get hot and sweaty but my pits remain dry and not smelly at all. It will really last for 2 or 3 days if it has to, but the moment I shower I need to reapply. They suggest with prolonged use you'll need it less and less but I don't find that, if I bathe and don't apply, I smell by the end of the day.
