Worked with May (Charlene Fu) with an issue with the third axis blue tooth connection. Be prepared to send video of issue to get help. As it turns out, the issue was my fault using too many cables to connect. Advise watching video to specifically see cable connections. That being said, May was very responsive in trying to help figure out the problem.
