The original screenplay for Andy Warhol’s film Kitchen was written by Ronald Tavel. You can find out more about Tavel’s work at www.ronaldtavel.com I agree, "Kitchen" is fun for the first half, and the character Danny is likable. It is also fun to see actors who played parts in "Rome." All hail to the Scots, but the Scottish accent is difficult to interpret, for this American. It does not affect the quality of the production, only my enjoyment of it. It's very pretty looking and rather well-acted, and maybe if you're in the mood for a melodramatic, crime drama centered on a kitchen staff with far too many issues, this would be right up your alley. But honestly, only sheer love of Eddie Izzard kept me watching part 2.

The classic British lounge makes use of a removable table which can be stored in the wardrobe (unlike the hefty, fixed tables favoured in many Continental ‘vans) to make a more open space for lounging. I did at first. It started out interesting enough. The main kid, Danny, was likable, if a bit of a rogue, and I liked the behind-the-scenes aspect of the restaurant world.
