This is my second washer dryer with Haier. My first one only lasted a year and a half before the heating element went. I have just bought a new one and the first time trying to use the dyer it comes with ‘fault with heating element’. So unless you buy their ‘cover’ you will be spending more money on repairs. This is clearly a problem with this machine.

It took me a very long time to find a washing machine to fit into a small space in the kitchen, and when I came across this Haier washing machine , of which I had never heard before , I just give it a try. What a good choice. I find it an excellent machine , it takes a huge load and is very quiet running. I can highly recommend it. Have 4-star rating as we managed to keep our ailing washing machine going during the period between visits. The freezer has two slide out drawers and three shelves along with three door compartments. I am unsure what the quality of the product is like but if this is the service you receive direct from the manufacturer I am not holding out much hope. The engineer then decided to break the door seal and they won't or can't book 2x appointments to fix the issue due to their system limitation. Spoke to one operative who was so rude. The second one was thankfully a little bit more helpful. But it's not thay point, it's 4 months old and shouldn't be breaking. Haier snatched victory from the jaws of defeat by rescheduling a return visit and at a reduced cost of repair to reflect the inconvenience. They even rearranged for a bank holiday (2nd January ‘23)!
