About this deal

I just started reading your books and have been completely mesmerized by all your books. I have now got over 90 of your books in my library and plan to get more when i can find them. I especially love the woman’s murder club series and the Alex Cross series and the Private series. You in my opinion are an exceptional author and all your books are totally engrossing that you don’t want to put it down til the end. Reply Recently the franchise was rebooted in the 2012 movie, Alex Cross. Starring Tyler Perry as the James Patterson protagonist, Alex Cross must pursue military-trained assassin turned murderer Picasso(Matthew Fox) as they play an elaborate game of cat and mouse. Engrossing as always, this also manages to bind two separate stories nicely together and the breathtaking climax well justifies the long wait for the new Alex Cross. The chemistry and camaraderie between Alex and John, that between Alex and Bree, and in fact, between all members of the extended Alex Cross family is nuanced and warm. it makes you want to be a part of such a family. Nana Mama is the smart twenty-first century grandmother, much like Seamus from the Michael Bennett series. Ali is also becoming quite a detective, on his own time and has a small little subplot of his own here. Alex Cross ventures into the rugged Montana wilderness - where he will be the prey. He's not on the job, but on a personal mission. Alex Cross is, in my opinion, James Patterson's finest creation and one of my favourite characters of all time. It's more than the crime solving, the suspense and the drama - it's the family as well, the fact that every character gets a story and no-one is wasted. For younger readers, this book alludes to a further 'Ali Cross' novel as well, which excites both my daughter and me - it's lovely for us both to be reading about the same characters, at the same time in their individual adventures.

No one gets this big without amazing natural storytelling talent - which is what Jim has, in spades. The Alex Cross series proves it ' Lee Child Come the end of the year, come Alex Cross, the much-loved protagonist created by James Patterson and the only series he still writes solo. Throughout the rest of the year, James Patterson‘s releases are all about collaborations, where the co-writers touch or style contributes to the eventual outcome. Similarly, this series is completely James Patterson and the series reflects that as well. Alex Cross and his lovable family comprising of Nana Mama (Alex’s 90-year-old grandmother and the matriarch of the family), his wife Bree, sons Damon and Ali, and daughter Jannie. Each with their colorful shares in the progress of the series. This book is action from go to woe. There is never a chance to get bored and there is alot of dead bodies for Alex and Sampson to investigate. And they are being hunted themselves so it is all go.your books are the best. love all of them. have read all of the Alex Cross. women’s murder club and all of the Private series. can’t wait for the new ones to come out. thank you for the best reading in the world Reply I am a huge fan. I am also a very fast reader. You Mr. Patterson are the only author that has been able to keep up with my reading. I agree with one of your previous fans who said “please no more romance”. You know what your forte is and you are damn good at it. Reply From start to finish this is a rollercoaster of a ride. Going from Washington to Paris, Mexico to Montana the pace never lets up. I always love reading about m favourite Cross family and this was no different. I particularly enjoyed Bree's storyline in this, she has her own plot thread which starts to cross over with Alex's as the book goes on.

In Along Came A Spider, Alex Cross is called in to investigate a case with two dead prostitutes and a baby. Not shortly after, Cross finds he has to contend with psychotic math teacher Gary Soneji. Soneji has kidnapped two children and Cross is pulled off the homicide to cover the kidnapping. Soneji strikes again and murders an FBI Agent who has been talking about Soneji on television. Cross scours the apartment and discovers Soneji’s obsession with the kidnappings and his dream of becoming famous as a criminal. What follows is an elaborate game as Soneji’s personality is unraveled and the mission to retrieve the children plays out. The Women’s Murder Club series is comprised of a whopping twelve novels. In this series, a group of professional women work together to solve homicide cases. A reporter, an assistant, a medical examiner, and a homicide detective Women’s Murder Club was adapted into a television series for ABC in 2007. Starring Angie Harmon, the show ran for one season and thirteen episodes until its conclusion in 2008. However on the plus side I very much enjoyed The Horsewoman The Jailhouse Lawyer 2 Sisters Detective Agency The President is Missing and The Pesidents Daughter to name but a few! Reply Fear No Evil told from a few different perspectives, plenty going on in this latest novel. Just as Alex Cross and John Sampson are about to take a break from work, a new mission is brought to them, investigating the murder of a member of the CIA, with cases to follow. Will they get that vacation they needed?... James Patterson puts his hero Alex Cross through the wringer once again in his 29th book, and as always it is a breathtaking rollercoaster.Thank you to #NetGalley and #Cornerstone Digital for an advance copy of #FearNoEvil by JamesPatterson
