About this deal

Comin' atcha with another hair and body perfume: The Dae Signature Citrus Hair and Body Mist is about to become your new fave scent. It's so freakin' fresh and is legit the perfect spring scent. Describing a perfume as “unpredictable” might sound like a slight, but when it comes to this fragrance, I promise it’s not. Inside this gorgeous, pink and blue bottle is a f lowery combo of tuberose, jasmine, and orange blossom, all of which work together to exude crispness without smelling powdery. If you’re already itching for summer (um, hi, same), try spritzing on this fruity floral perfume from Dolce & Gabbana. The juicy blend of mango and jasmine will have you yearning for warm, sunny days at the beach or in the park. Summer is hands down my favorite time of year—like, I’ve basically been counting down the days since last summer. To prepare for Memorial Day Weekend (the unofficial start of summer which, TFG, is less than two months away!!) I've been making the obvious changes to my wardrobe, but I've always been updating my fragrance wardrobe too. That means switching out my darker, cozier perfumes for summer-inspired alternatives, like light florals and zesty citruses. Yup, just like how you swap your sweaters and hoodies out of your closet for cotton dresses and white t shirts, you should be updating the scents on your vanity too.

You wouldn’t think vanilla and patchouli would go together so well, but in this fragrance from Michelle Pfeiffer, the combo creates a beautifully rich, warm scent that smells both decadent and grounded, thanks to its added vetiver and green grass (!). It’s smooth and intoxicating—like the perfume equivalent to jazz—giving it an earthy depth that truly isn’t overwhelming. Say hello to your new favorite scent. This affordable perfume is actually a mist (it's lighter and less concentrated than a regular EDP or EDT) and can be used to fragrance your body and hair. The warm notes of vanilla and caramel are a total treat.I absolutely love everything about this perfume. It’s inspired by Eden-Roc, an ultra luxe resort in the South of France, and smells like a literal dream. The best way to sum up the vibe? Sunny day on a super yacht drinking Sancerre in between dips in the Mediterranean. You know—everyone’s normal summer, right? Just because you like patchouli doesn’t mean you always want to smell like you’ve got straight patchouli oil on all day long. That’s where La Vie Est Belle comes in— it’s a sweet floral scent (hi to the iris, vanilla, and warm sugar) with just a whisper of patchouli. It’s basically the La Croix of patchouli perfumes. When I’m meeting my friends at the farmer’s market on a Sunday morning (as we all do every single weekend, right?), I legit always spray on this perfume before leaving. Despite its base of patchouli, the scent doesn’t feel heavy—instead, the formula’s pear and freesia keep it smelling light and airy, while the patchouli adds a hint of musk to keep it from screaming “SUMMER!” so you can continue wearing it long into fall.

Ever since I sprayed this perfume for the first time a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been in love. There’s nothing sugary or over the top about this scent. It’s warm, deep, and, TBH, a little sexy, thanks to bold notes of sandalwood, vanilla bean, bergamot, and jasmine. IMO, it's the perfect warm or fall perfume. To me, it's a skin scent, meaning it sits really close to your skin and just mimics your body's natural chemistry. So if you want something with major sillage, this prob won't be your fave. But I love catching little whiffs of myself throughout the day when I'm wearing this. The notes (see: pear, jasmine, ambrette) aren't necessarily distinguishable; they just blend together and evoke a very clean and simple yet warm and musky scent. It actually has iso e super, which is what gives it that salty, almost-sweaty, skin-like quality that makes it so subtle. This should be obvious, but as someone who has always been lowkey embarrassed by their love of cutesy, teenage-y, sweet and fruity scents (i.e., ~gourmands~), I’ve forced myself to wear “grown-up” musks even when I really disliked them. So regardless of your tastes, own them and channel them into your fragrance. Sometimes, you just want a super-light, easy-to-wear perfume that doesn’t require a special occasion or season—and also won’t give your work BFF a headache. This floral, citrus-spiked fragrance from The 7 Virtues is light and unintrusive, even to the most sensitive noses (thanks to its balanced rose, geranium, sandalwood, and amber). And if you love natural perfumes, you’ll be happy to know this vegan and cruelty-free formula is also free of phthalates, parabens, and formaldehyde releasers.Warm and ~sexy~ meet fresh and floral in this best-selling perfume from Chanel. The notes of spicy patchouli, zesty orange, and rose smell delightfully fresh and modern, without being too cutesy. Hi, I get it: Not everyone wants their perfume to make them smell like they were just rolling around in a field of flowers. So hear me out when I say this peony-spiked scent will get a gold star from even the staunchest of floral perfume haters. It leans warm and spicy (thanks to notes of rhubarb, patchouli, and musk), so the peony notes feel smokey and sweet, instead of powdery and stuffy.

Pure Sugar Cosmopolitan perfume - a fragrance for women 2019

Selfishly, peonies are my all-time favorite flower, so naturally I have no issue smelling like one. Still, even if florals aren’t your thing, don’t be intimidated— this isn’t your typical stuffy, overpowering, floral perfume. It’s incredibly light and pretty, so you’ll only smell like a whisper of peony rather than a scream. This cheap fragrance is a whole fresh-smelling mood. The citrus notes of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit combined with soft rose and magnolia will leave you feeling (and smelling) zesty, vibrant, and ready to take on the world (or, um, just the workday). This perfume makes me feel like the best-smelling person on earth. It's truly the Sofia Richie Grainge or " quiet luxury" of perfumes because it smells rich but isn't dripping with gold or throwing logos in your face. A warm blend of musk, ambrette, and ambroux link up with iris root and pink pepper in this cheap perfume from Glossier to create a scent that's fresh and clean with juuuust the right amount of spice. It'll draw people in without being in your face. Chloe Metzger is the deputy beauty director at Cosmopolitan with nearly 10 years of experience researching, writing, and editing beauty stories that range from cystic acne treatments to best magnetic eyelashes to fragrance and perfume stories. She’s an authority in all beauty categories, but an expert when it comes to the newest scents to test, thanks to a lifetime of figuring out her own favorite fragrance notes. If there's one thing the 2020s have brought us (other than, erm, let's not even mention it), it's celebrity beauty brands. Billie Eilish joined the masses with the drop of her new fragranc e, Eau de Parfum, just last year. And trust, the scent is just as pretty as the bottle.

Cosmopolitan Eau de Parfum 100ml - The Range

I mean, this cheap perfume is a classic for a reason. The mix of bright fruity notes, like blood grapefruit and Indian mandarin, will give you a high-energy boost that will legit cheer you up from the moment you spritz. This cheap perfume reminds me of laundry detergent, in the best possible way. It’s fresh and cozy, kind of like a Sunday afternoon. It’s the perfect everyday scent because of the subtle bergamot, peony, and amber notes. Plus, it’s a clean fragrance, meaning there’s nothing questionable in the formula (aka no sulfates, parabens, or phthalates). If you love roses and fresh-cut flowers, go for a rose perfume and make yourself happy. Love the smell of grass and live for hikes and camping? Look for a scent that’s labeled “earthy.” If your dream is to roll around a field of daisies, then the floral fragrance family is for you. Whether you think you like citrus fragrances, fruity perfumes, or warm vanilla scents, don’t worry about being too obvious—just get one and try it. Decide how intense you want it The citrus notes are a bit more medicinal and sharp than a usual bright, bursting fruity note, which gives it that cleaning-supplies vibe that some might find a bit strong. But I actually love it—the vetiver addition makes it a bit spicier and smoother.
