William L. Rose, the cinematographer, directed the roughie films "Rent-a-Girl" (1965), "Pamela, Pamela you are..." (1968), and "The Girl in Room 2a" (1973). Writer/producer David F. Friedman and director Lee Frost defined the '60s-'70s exploitation genre with ''Love Camp 7" (the first Nazisploitation film), "Hot Spur", "The Ramrodder", ''Ilsa, She-Wolf of the SS", et al. Mabe went on to direct similar films, often with Friedman, such as "The Head Mistress", "The Lustful Turk", "Space-Thing" (all 1968) and "The Adult Version of Jekyll and Hide" (1971).
