After EQ improvements, I’d say overall that the A3i sound is decent for its price-point, but not best in class. EQ tweaking can only do so much. The overall sound was still a little thin, hissy, and sibilant, and if I tried to minimize that it seemed to come with an unavoidable tradeoff of hollow boxyness, and this tends to happen in general with tuning mid-highs up or down. The overall tone was just not quite there like it would be with premium earbuds. The Life A3i is one of a number of budget oriented wireless earbuds that Soundcore released in 2022. The Anker Soundcore Life A3i wireless earbuds provide a great connection and connect immediately when you take the buds out of the charging case. Strong and stable within a distance up to 10 meters away from your Bluetooth devices. But some that I feel disappointed, the multipoint connection is not available. That means can’t connect these cheap wireless earbuds to two devices at the same time, which is like many Anker Soundcore wireless earbuds. Anker Soundcore Life A3i – How is the sound quality Fit is good once you have selected and fitted the correct cushions, and I suspect they will take moderate exercise without falling out. You get the basic adjustment features of the ANC and it's more than enough for many. You can also change the EQ settings with the app. The app has 21 inbuilt EQ presets which gives freedom to adjust the EQ as per your need. You can also custom and save the new EQ preset which is quite convenient. Why did Soundcore decide to do this? TheSoundcore Life A3iheadphones provide an impressive 9 hours of battery life from one single charge. When you include the charging case, that jumps to 36 hours of battery life. It comes with a USB-C cable to charge the compact case. The case does not support wireless charging, unfortunately. The sound quality for the given price tag is awesome. I don't say Soundcore Life A3i has Sony or Bose level noise cancelling, but for the given price it's awesome. Life A3i can be your workout buddy with its IPX5 build and ergonomic fit. You can also customize the sound profiles for different activities, so you can have the perfect sound for whatever you’re doing. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling The charging case is an ordinary oval shape, in my personal opinion, it’s not so beautiful. But they come with a strong battery that provides additional playtime for up to 27 hours. Plus the mini battery in the earbuds provides 9 hours of playtime. So, the playtime of the Life A3i is approximately 36 hours in total. These Life A3 wireless earbuds also have fast charging features.
