You can not beat the traditional way to start the day with a bowl of weetabix. These high fiber biscuits are delicious and nutritious. The best thing about weetabix is the fact that they can be served in a variety of ways. They can be enjoyed with both warm or cold milk as well as yogurt. When I lived in Spain Weetabix being my favourite was a must to keep buying. Sometimes a cheaper branded product doesn't taste different but Weetabix cannot be beaten on taste. You can have 1, 2 or 3 for breakfast depending on your appetite and they are very versatile as to what you have with them, fruit yogurt etc. Distinctive box is always easy to spot in the supermarkets. Wheat bran fibre contributes to an acceleration if intestinal transit. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 10g of wheat bran fibre.
