Since the pandemic, there’s been a huge shift in the number of people investing in home gym equipment instead of gym memberships, and with good reason. What i like the most about it is that it is easy to store. It folds flat but it stands up straight so you can pit it behind a door or in a closet instead of only putting it under the bed. It takes no room in my one bedroom apartment.With 3 cables attached to one handle, the resistnce seems a little less than my 40lbs dumbbels when doing bicep curls. Folded up, the size fairly small; However, it will not fit under my bed or couch. Though the unit is light enough to stow it elsewhere and set up is less than a minute! This is perfect for a busy lifestyle. The resistance bands are factory tested for long-life durability and should last for several years.

My room mate is a much bigger guy than me, about 190, gym rat. He sometimes uses it on days he doesn't make it to the gym. He finds its nice for reps, but does little for him for muscle building. The Express Program (taking about 12 - 15 minutes to complete; the Total Body Program (taking about 15 - 20 minutes to complete; the Core Program (taking about 12 - 15 minutes to complete); the Lower Body Workout (talking about 15 minutes to complete) and the Upper Body Workout (also taking about 15 minutes to complete). I deducted one star because after a month the frame got a bit squeeky. Tightened the bolts and it went away. Reviewers appreciate how much space this kettlebell saves them, saying it’s the perfect addition to their home gym. Others don’t think it’s worth the investment if you don’t feel you need all the additional tech.Yeah the workout DVD is pretty cheesy but aren't they all?? Unless you are using P90X or Insanity of course! The exercise chart is high quality! I was expecting this folded poster-sized paper that you hang on your wall with tape. NO! This is a heavy duty large calendar sized chart. It has individual tabs that target different areas. (Core, Upper Body, Lower Body, etc). Each tab can be moved to the front and it will be displayed easily through the plastic protective cover. The exercises are shown and you can easily see how to adjust the Total Flex in the pictures.
