initial impressions: when i pulled it out of the box, i was blown away at how sleek/modern it looked. i was actually excited to toast something. If you're looking for a new toaster, a smart toaster may be the gadget you didn't know you needed until now. Plenty of household items have been upgraded into super-tech gadgets, including smart kettles, smart fridges and vacuums, so it's only right that the humble toaster had its turn. overall assessment: i'll be honest. this toaster is expensive and probably more of a "splurging" type of item than a necessity. if you want to know what it would be like to toast bread in the future, then this is the toaster for you.
first week: the toaster is so cool, i was making little breakfast sandwiches each morning. the toaster is entirely touch screen, which is cool but honestly, the best part is the timer and the level of "toasting" you want on your bread/bagel/waffle/ect. i will say the toaster runs slightly hot, so i recommend a lower toast setting until you get a feel for how the toaster toasts. Thats the only negative thing i have noticed A button press opens the grips, and I lay my bread to rest. I slide the tray inside the chapel-shaped oddity; the tunnel glows red. It’s not unlike conducting a cremation. The device bears a warning: “Do not insert fingers.” Is it, by omission, an invitation to jimmy in other body parts? Weirdly, I do want to slide my fingers inside the hot, red tunnel. It would be so easy. first month: i have tried multiple different settings and food options. even frozen wazzles and it handles it just fine. knowing when your food is going to be done is certainly a nice feature.
