About this deal

Mini Converter UpDownCrossHD Compact 3G-SDI and HDMI converter for converting any SD or HD video format to any other SD or HDformat! The Hi5-12G converts 12G-SDI to HDMI 2.0, with pristine image fidelity and HFR support up to 60p for 4K/UltraHD, with single cable simplicity. Hi5-12G provides an easy to deploy monitoring connection from professional 4K 12G-SDI devices to new displays with HDMI 2.0 inputs, for cost-effective monitoring in professional workflows. The Hi5-12G can also generate HDR metadata in accordance with HDMI v2.0 and CTA-861-G. I have confirmed that it isn't a matter of signal loss or interruption from the long cable runs. The issue is the same across all TV's/converters. To take that method of thought a step further, I have a TV in our Media Booth at the church not 10 feet from our switcher, I ran a program out directly to one of the Micro Converters that I removed from one of the TV's (totally bypassed the distribution converter), and then out HDMI to the TV's from the Micro and the problem reproduced itself after a few minutes. SDI video, 75ohm, BNC; SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, 3G level A and B-DL and B-DS according to SMPTE ST 425-1 and ST 425-2, with image formats 1280 x 720 and 1920 x 1080.

If you are looking to get an SDI to HDMI converter then you should take a moment to consider the following first: My setup is ATEM 1 out to in VideoHub 20x20 out to in BM Mini converter Optical Fiber through Fiber out to in BM Mini converter Optical Fiber out to in BM Mini SDI to HDMI converter.

Automatically detects SD, HD, 2KDCI, UltraHD and 4KDCI. Level A and B is automatically detected on 3G-SDI input and user selectable on 3G-SDI output. HDMI Video Standards When a customer determines a problem with a company's product - a problem that again should have been caught before it ever left their facility, said company should jump through whichever hoop needed to assist that customer with fixing their problem. I am not asking for anything, other than a temporary fix until the patch is done so we can use the equipment we've already paid for, but I understand how proper business and customer service works, and I can tell you, this experience isn't it. Nevertheless, I'm done assuming. BM has failed miserably in my opinion and I'll never buy another product from them. This should have never left the factory and when it was discovered the recall should have been issued. HDMI Colour Precision: 4:2:2 A 17 point LUT can be loaded via the software utility for calibrating or improving monitor colour.

Standard accessories: All yellobrik modules are supplied with a plug-top power supply, complete with UK, US, Australian and European plug fittings, and hook and loop pads for easy attachment to a suitable surface. SDI video, 75ohm, BNC; SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 259M, 3G level A and B-DL and B-DS according to SMPTE ST 425-1 and ST 425-2, with image formats 1280 x 720 and 1920 x 1080.I'm going to update my VideoHub to 6.4 to see if that fixes the issue but I'm thinking the issue lies in the BM Mini SDI to HDMI converter. This problem should have never made it to the public. They were able to re-create this problem in their lab by simply letting the equipment test for a longer period ... It only takes 10-15 minutes for this problem to produce itself. It makes me wonder if it was tested at all or for longer than just to confirm that it has a signal.
