He cuts the Pop cereal box and draws candles on the cereal and places it in the envelope to make it seem like he received a birthday card. Bean stands up and looks away, then feigns surprise when he sees his "birthday card". He opens the envelope and is happy when he receives his "birthday card" and thanks Teddy. Bean places his "birthday card" on the fireplace and places the flower pot on the table to make it seem like a present. Bean feigns surprise when he sees his "present" and places it on the fireplace.
