About this deal

The Meta Liberation Army, led by their founder's descendent Re-Destro, is determined to crush the League of Villains. As the ragtag group fights over 100,000 members of the MLA for their future, the tragic events that turned them each to villainy are revealed. Toga manages to kill the mad bomber Ms. Curious when her Quirk evolves and allows her to use the Quirks of anyone she transforms into, while Twice overcomes his traumatic existential crisis to use his duplication Quirk on himself. As Gigantomachia arrives, Shigaraki reveals that he can use his power without directly touching his victim as he destroys Re-Destro's base, forcing him out onto the field. During the fight, Shigaraki begins to remember his past. Ressler, Karen (July 19, 2016). "My Hero Academia Gets 'Vigilante' Spinoff Manga". Anime News Network. The Story of How We All Became Heroes, Part 3" ( 皆がヒーローになるまでの物語③, Min'na ga Hīrō ni naru made no Monogatari ③) Probably more significantly, we start seeing more of Hawks, who as far as I know exists primarily for yaoi porn with Endeavor, which is weird to me a little, but I can't be too critical because I just about skeeted my sweatpants when we see Mandalay return in that sweater and tights under her skirt, so.... Also, Ryukyu stays hot, and we finally see more of Mirko as well, so... I guess the fujoshi can have their thing, too...!

Leo los tomos actuales de My Hero Academia y no me entusiasman. Dos meses llevaba en mi librero el tomo veinte y decidí leerlo porque ya salió el 21. Honestly, this volume's a bit of a cluster-. There are three things going on: the resolution of Deku versus Gentle, the actual school festival, and Endeavor's first moment as the official Number One Hero. I guess technically the first two are generally lumped together in a singular "School Festival Arc," but... eh. It's more like the Gentle fight occurs separately, yet within the greater confines of said arc. He wants to disrupt the festival to make a name for himself and La Brava, but they don't get too deep into the school grounds, and Deku's own actions are quite disconnected from the 1-A performance or Eri, even if he holds both in mind to fuel himself in the fight. Anyway, Gentle is a pretty cool guy, all things considered. My Hero Academia, Vol. 20 continues where the previous tankobon left off and contains the next eleven chapters (178–188) of the on-going manga series.

Chapters

I loved the scenes with the Todoroki family. Throughout the conversation, we have a glimpse of how Endeavor is, when he isn’t a superhero. But we also see him think about his family while he’s fighting this “updated Brainless”. We finally see his true colors and understand him a little bit more. But the end though…That cliffhanger!! I want to know more about him and see him talk with Shoto. My Hero Academia is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. The story is set in a world where most of the world population has superhuman abilities known as "Quirks". The protagonist Izuku Midoriya is a teenage boy who was born without a Quirk, despite his longtime dream to be a superhero, until he is approached by All Might, the most famous hero in Japan and the world and also his childhood idol, who chooses him to inherit his Quirk "One For All" and helps to enroll him in a prestigious high school for superheroes in training. It is revealed that Shoto can create a single jet-like sole from his left foot using the fire half of his Quirk. Kohei Horikoshi has written and illustrated this tankobon. Narrative wise, this seems like a rather simplistic plot, but introduces a promising new story arc. Gentle Criminal didn’t seem like a strong enough villain for him to have multiple tankōbon storyline and Izuku Midoriya handled him and his partner rather well. The new top-ten list seems interesting and the team up between Endeavor and Hawk fighting a Nomus seems rather interesting as All-For-One might make a reintroduction. Thank you for purchasing volume 30! Thanks for purchasing! I once received a fan letter from a five-year-old boy, and I keep it in a visible spot when I work. I wonder if he's still reading the series? Somewhere in a corner of my brain, I'm always thinking, "Are five-year-old boys enjoying my work?"

Ressler, Karen (September 19, 2017). "My Hero Academia Smash Spinoff Manga to End With 5th Volume in November". Anime News Network . Retrieved March 17, 2019. The Story of How We All Became Heroes, Part 1" ( 皆がヒーローになるまでの物語①, Min'na ga Hīrō ni naru made no Monogatari ①) Finally, the ending is what saved this volume for me. We have the hero billboard chart which has changed lots since All Might is no longer able to work as a hero and then Endeavour and Hawks fighting a new, more stronger Nomu. The way this volume ends is also excellent. Endeavour is the new #1 hero but he's left almost dead after fighting the Nomu so the next volume should open up with more action, which I can't wait for. El tomo 20 le pone punto final al arco del Festival Cultural con una gran batalla y con grandes villanos, y además da comienzo a la nueva era de pro héroes con personajes nuevos interesantes y peleas a gran escala.Endeavor and Gran Torino take out most of the Nomus while Iida joins Izuku and Shoto in defeating Stain, Stain remaining conscious enough to save Izuku from a winged Nomu for being an "ideal hero" while expressing his views on society's "fake heroes". Stain is placed in solitary confinement, with the credit of his capture going to Endeavor so his son and friends will not be arrested for using their Quirks without permission. The video of Stain's rant soon goes viral, with the League of Villains exploiting Stain's reputation to recruit new members. Following the internships, All Might decides to tell Izuku the truth behind One For All and the identity of the mastermind behind the League of Villains: All For One, the villain who gravely wounded All Might and has the ability to steal Quirks. Soon after, Class 1-A begins their final exams where they must defeat or escape their teachers to pass. Izuku and Mirio take Aizawa's advice not to let their emotions over failing to save Eri when they had the chance get the better of them following Sir Nighteye's meeting. Meanwhile, Nighteye uses his Quirk on one of Overhaul's subordinates and pinpoints Eri's location. With intel on the layout of the Shie Hassaikai's headquarters and support from the police, the heroes stage a dawn raid, with Ryukyu's group subduing several of the yakuza while Nighteye and Fat Gum's groups proceed to the lower levels. The Shie Hassaikai member Joi Irinaka uses a Quirk-enhancing drug to take control of the basement level to separate the intruders, Tamaki holding off three members of Overhaul's "Eight Bullets" enforcers while Kirishima and Fat Gum are pushed to their limits in defeating the Eight Bullets members Kendo Rappa and Hekiji Tengai, with the former revealing Overhaul's plans. Meanwhile, Izuku's group struggles against Irinaka as Himiko and Twice make their presence known. Endeavor's training and abuse to his family were for his own selfish ambitions, and Dabi was abandoned and forgotten after being rejected by his father.
