Our universe is a wild and wonderful place. Join NASA astronauts, scientists and engineers on a new adventure each episode — all you need is your curiosity. Explore the lifesaving systems of space suits, break through the sound barrier, and search for life among the stars. First-time space explorers welcome.

Starting with Go Baby!, the text is now drawn more smoothly. There is also a monarch butterfly (presumably the one in the show) flying around next to the girl. Still, as the first anniversary of the crash neared, Lori knew she'd have to go to Shanksville to support her parents. The only thing she could identify was a hemp wallet Rich had bought during that visit to Vermont, just before the big birthday party for their grandmother. It still had receipts inside, including from a meal he and Lori had shared. The material had soaked up the smell of the plane's jet fuel. On that mentioned show, the 2004 Granada logo appears below the footage. The URL is also absent in this variant.

Most people don’t realize it, but you’ve heard a sonic boom before. Thunder is a sonic boom, it’s just created by lightning. Starting with Wonder Pets, the clip is zoomed out to reveal half of a building and the URL now has 'www.' sandwiched next to 'l', making it read "www.littleairplane.com". On the morning of December 17, 1903, Orville Wright took the controls of his heavier-than-air craft and signaled to his brother, Wilbur. With Wilbur running alongside to balance the fragile machine, the Wright Flyer that Orville had built with his brother slid down the guiding rail and soared into the air over a distance of 120 feet. The two brothers from Dayton, Ohio, followed up the 12-second flight that day with three others over the dunes of North Carolina’s remote Outer Banks. A handful of witnesses were present for the first flight, and a photograph taken by an employee of the U.S. Life-Saving Service proved the Wright Flyer had taken to the air. Obviously, I never knew Richard, but I'm sure that we have some things in common. My guess is that he'd probably like to see his [credentials] end up where they belong: with his family," Ryan wrote. Audio: A "BOING!" sound when the emblem bounces onto the screen, followed by the "Little Airplane!" sound from the last logo (again, possibly voiced by Danica Lee, who voiced Ming Ming in The Wonder Pets!).

Wonder Pets! and Go Baby!: "Little Airplane!" (possibly voiced by Danica Lee, who voiced Ming Ming in the first aforementioned show). I don’t know of any other instance, where we have built an X-plane and gone out to do a test such as this, getting community response data. We had airplanes before like the Concorde that went supersonic. And they were only allowed to go supersonic over the water. But once they got to land, they had to slow down and they weren’t as efficient there because they were designed to be going fast. Plus, you still wanted to get there fast. Historian David McCullough, author of “The Wright Brothers,” swatted down the claim that Whitehead was first in flight in a 2015 interview with radio station WNPR. “There’s no evidence for it whatsoever,” he said. “Mr. Whitehead is never known to have flown anything and when he tried to demonstrate later on, it didn’t work at all in front of people. There’s something like 35 noted historians of aviation specialists who have signed statements that say it’s an interesting story but there’s nothing to support it.” The Wright Brothers meticulously documented their experiments, although they maintained great secrecy while they pursued patents and contracts for their flying machine. Unlike Santos-Dumont, the brothers kept a low profile and did not make a public flight until 1908, two years after the Brazilian aviator dazzled Paris. We are really challenging the physics here. It is a pretty amazing thing that we can do this… kind of break the physics. HOST PADI BOYD: Now here’s a mind blowing fact: airplanes can fly faster than sound waves – faster than the speed of sound – causing a loud noise called a sonic boom! I have a helmet that I wear, you know, with an oxygen mask and all that. If you ever watch the movie Top Gun or something like that, it looks remarkably like that, because most of the gear is like that. We have gloves on. And then usually wear boots because I’m strapped to a parachute. Other Whitehead skeptics add that the original Bridgeport Sunday Herald story was likely an exaggeration and that the recently discovered photograph is too blurry to offer any conclusive proof that the German immigrant had ever been airborne.

The family gathering the weekend before 9/11, the rolls of film Rich methodically shot — Lori had hoped they would show up in that terrible binder, but she had accepted they were gone forever. And one of the things in this message [was] 'photographs of a 100th birthday party,' " Lori told us. Richard Guadagno's hemp wallet was the only thing his sister could ID from the binder. It still held a receipt from their time together in Vermont. HOST PADI BOYD: But that “outside the box” thinking means the X-59 airplane doesn’t really look like a 747, or any kind of passenger plane you might be familiar with.

Trivia: The footage was taken from Josh Selig's 1994 Sesame Street short, "I'm a Little Airplane", which is where the company got its name. The short was filmed at Pine Bank Bridge at Central Park in New York City. The one thing I really love about flying is, it’s the freedom that you kind of feel. Flowing through the air, you can feel it somewhat when you’re in a swimming pool or if you’re a scuba diver or something like that. It’s kind of like playing a video game. So I’m going to have to land the airplane based on a picture out the front now, I can see out the sides really well. But generally speaking, the field of view that you have is somewhat restricted, but we’re enhancing it by having a virtual windscreen.

HOST PADI BOYD: The purpose of the X-59’s test flights is to collect data on how we can break the sound barrier without causing a loud boom. In fact, the team behind the X-59 thinks that its flight will sound more like a “sonic thump”. Imagine a car door slamming across the street. HOST PADI BOYD: At NASA, you often have to think outside of the box when it comes to science… and innovating around what we thought was a fact of physics is just one of those instances. To all the people, the 50 people or whatever it is sitting in the control room monitoring your every move. Wonder Pets and Go, Baby!: "Little Airplane!" (possibly voiced by Danica Lee, who voiced Ming Ming in the first aforementioned show).

I really wanted to be alone. I wanted to remain isolated," she said. "It was not a pretty side of me. I'm not proud of it at all, but I'm just being honest." You know, it is a pressure wave. So you can feel it if it was a really big sonic boom. It can rattle glass. That’s what a normal supersonic airplane makes. HOST PADI BOYD: Lori Ozoroski is one of the project managers for the X-59 mission who is working to design this experimental airplane to test out new concepts in physics. So the X-59 is a very long and slender aircraft. It is about 100 feet long and has a wingspan of about 30 feet. Definitely different than anything you’ve probably ever seen flying before.
