About this deal

I've trimmed my head, beard and body for my entire adult life (I'm 42) so I've had a few trimmers, some were ok, some not and I know what I'm talking about. Based on the speed setting of the trimmer, this will show differing amounts of battery time remaining. A fully charged battery will last as follows: 5000 RPM – 240min, 5500 RPM – 225min, 6000 RPM – 210min, 6500 RPM – 195min, 7000 RPM – 180min Just snap on the length guards and go for the perfect cut every time. Do it yourself or have somebody else help out, this trimmer is easy to use even without a mirror.Nevertheless, make sure you’re in front of one to admire the work you’ve done. A beard grooming ritual should be as much of an experience as you want it to be – clean up and get out – or a slow, methodical self-care routine. However you like it, it should be precise, smooth, and effortless. Couple that with the digital battery meter that provides a down-to-the-minute estimate of remaining charge, and you’re never going to get caught with only one side of your beard cleaned up before a presentation, wedding, or date night.

If you’re anything like me as I’ve gotten older, you’ve learned the benefits of investing in the right tools. There is nothing more frustrating than buying a computer or a camera lens or a clothing item only to have it trip up whatever solution it was supposed to provide. The only downside I can see for this trimmer is that It is not waterproof. I do not shave in the shower so that feature isn't a deal-breaker for me but I do like to occasionally rinse the head off and I know this trimmer requires care of precision if I am going to be doing that. This is not a big enough downside for me though to not give this trimmer 5 stars since it does state upfront that it is not waterproof. On the flip side, where the Brio Beardscape has an advantage is its extra capacity lithium ion battery, which requires 3 hours of charge time for 4 hours of use. The trimmer can be used cordless or plugged in and will run plugged in even if the battery is empty. Final ThoughtsIt is equipped with a powerful motor that can easily handle anything you throw at it. Hair beware! Next is a 2,200 mAh lithium-ion battery which can last up to 240 minutes on a full charge. The UI does a great job of showing the approximate time left before it needs to juice up. The vibrant display shows the estimated battery life depending on the speed you set it to. But beyond this, one of the biggest claims being trumpeted by Brio is that the Brio Beardscape is one of the quietest and sharpest trimmers available on the market today. Featuring super sharp ceramic blades paired with a titanium rake ground to precision, this perfect cutting combination is said to make the difference. This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. To return faulty items see our Returning Faulty Items policy. Along with the unit itself are four reversible clipper heads, paired together by lengths 1mm and 2mm, 3mm and 6mm, 9mm and 12mm and 15mm and 18mm. You will also find a USB plug and cord, charging base, cleaning brush and lubricating oil. On-unit Features The Beardscape makes use of ceramic trimmer blades, instead of the standard metal blades. This creates less heat and friction – and less noise. It also contributes to longevity: Brio’s ceramic blades are four times harder than steel.

Most of the time, we guys don’t really pay too much attention to our grooming. Unless we want to look really presentable for an event, a date, or maybe a corporate affair, most men just let nature run its course. Moreover, for those of us growing a beard or perhaps suffering from excessive facial and body hair, it doesn’t take long before everything turns into a jungle. Good thing there are awesome options available like the Beardscape V2 from Brio! The Beardscape Pro i ncludes the original gray Beardscape V1 trimmer and all of our best accessories. The large case is designed to perfectly hold every accessory in its place. Now everything you need for your clippers has a home. The Pro version also includes the Zero blade which is one of the closest cutting blades available on a trimmer. Our professional barber customers asked for a case that would hold all guards and accessories, and they also needed a blade that could cut at a zero gap to make the Beardscape perfect for men’s haircuts. These are the upgrades that make this version suitable for the professional. The Beardscape arrived in a nice, magnetic opening box that you can reuse to store it and its accessories or you can use it to store other stuff. Each compartment comes covered with cardboard lids printed with the shapes of the parts underneath it. In it you'll find the Beardscape, two combs with two different lengths each, a charging base, a long USB power cord, an iPhone-like 110-220 Volt power adapter, a brush, a bottle of oil, a small instruction booklet and a warranty card.Charging the trimmer after it stops running takes approximately three hours, and that still gives plenty of time between charges, but the unit does seem to turn off before it hits 'zero' percent battery life. I haven't found the cut-off point, but the trimmer just stops running when you think there is still a little bit of charge left. Be prepared to plug it in if it stops mid way through a trim. I'm going to call it a 'design feature', as it's really not an issue. Heads-up, that's all. While the marketing sounds good, there’s only one real way to know what this beard trimmer can do. I just received my Brio Beardscape in the mail and we’re diving in for my full, honest review. What’s inside?
