In a large mixing dish, combine your favourite pancake mix. We prefer to make our own batter, but there’s nothing wrong with utilizing a premix with extra protein. With everything you can do with this griddle, you'll be drooling before you can even take it out of the box. Was so looking forward to receiving the griddle, watched loads of videos on how to season it, I attempted to do that and the gas burner didn't feel anywhere near hot enough and occasionally went out, and after hours of trying to season it I ran out of gas!
