About this deal

Use the lance's adjustable settings to achieve the desired spray pattern. Some lances offer fan or jet patterns for flexibility. If you wish to use snow foam, you’ll need a compatible lance for your pressure washer and there is a huge selection to choose from. However, to make your buying decision easier, we’ve thoroughly tested multiple and carried out hours of research to find the best. From budget to premium examples, our list of recommendations caters for every budget.

This really is dependent on several factors including the level of foam you would like to achieve, the settings of your pressure washer and the hardness of water in your area. In summary the product has been developed to work neat through to 1part Polar Blast to 10 parts water. We have been very happy with the product performance diluted at 1:5. The only plus point for me was when I decided to use the Polar Blaster at the LSP Stage for applying Polar Seal, It did that fine but as this Lance is Marketed as a do-it-all product I expected much better to be honest. However, to avoid disappointment, we would advise against purchasing budget options that don’t include hardened plastic bottles and brass or stainless steel components as they won’t be very long-lasting. Use high-quality microfiber towels or a chamois to dry your car's surface to prevent water spots and streaks.

Secondly when the PH Dial is on Full it got through the 600ML of Product/Water in no time, I nearly ran out and I was only Detailing a VW Golf. The amount of product used compared to the small amount of Foam I was getting was ridiculous. We would not recommend it is used with other Autoglym products has these have not been developed to be used through a pressure washer. The Autoglym Polar Blaster Snow Foamer has a very distinctive look. There’s the dark purple color scheme, which I’m a big fan of. Then there’s the nozzle, with its angular ridges for grip. Above all else, it feels very solid and expensive, as it should at this price point. Handle this snow foam cannon, and you feel like it justifies its asking price. Features

After rinsing off the snow foam, proceed with your regular car wash process, including using a quality car wash soap and mitt to ensure a spotless finish. Once you return, you’ll need to rinse it off, but the bodywork should be substantially cleaner, and importantly comparatively free from dirt and grit, allowing you to finish the job with a cloth and shampoo followed by a coat of wax. Another helpful feature is that most snow foams will gently lubricate the bodywork, meaning that you’re less likely to leave scratches or swirl marks.I bought the Kit last Week and upon opening noticed that the bottle although it has recommended Ratio's written on it doesn't have any proper measurements in Millimetres which means measuring out the Product/Water Ratio's in another Container first and then transferring it into the Polar Blaster Bottle afterword's.

The fan blades do not have the same range of opening/closing compared to the PA gun, however it's probably by design and not an issue for me. The blades in the closer together position matches what I would use on the PA gun, any closer and it would interrupt how the output fans out (remember it's the orifice that does the foaming, not the blades). Regardless, it looks like you can modify it to cause the blades to come closer together. This is Autoglym's heavy duty pre-cleaner, and it doesn’t take much time with it to see why it already has an impressive reputation. In terms of ease of use and outright cleaning power alone, it's hard to choose between this and the pricier Bilt-Hamber's Touch-Less. The Polar Blast's greater dilution ratio offsets its smaller bottle, so you’ll get a good number of washes from it. It doesn’t smell too great, though, with a definite chemical aroma. I have been using an Autobrite HD Snow Foam Lance for 3 Years along with their Magifoam and have been more than Happy with it but as I apply Autoglym Polar Seal over the Winter period for Wax top-ups thought I would get a Second Snow Foam Lance (One for each product) and opted for a Polar Blaster. The AG foam lance screws onto the bottle using plastic (PA uses brass). Given how wide the bottle opening is on the AG bottle, making this bit out of brass would probably be prohibitely expensive. I thought this would bother me, but to be honest the plastic being used seems good quality and very solid.
