Write Solar Charge on top of {I}. I used my embroidery machine, but you could embroider it by hand or use puff paint…whatever is easiest for you. The top of the letters should be about ½″ below the top edge of {I}.

Start with a basic jumpsuit, preferably in a brown or tan color. Use fabric paints or markers to create the appearance of rusted metal and add Wall-E's signature details, such as buttons and switches. You can also attach small cardboard pieces or foam to create the robot's various components. Wrap these three pieces of wire around the “body” piece once, right in the middle, so that your are left with a completely symmetrical roach with even legs. The Toddler Costume includes a jumpsuit with a printed design, just like the Classic Costume. It also comes with a soft headpiece that is comfortable to wear and won't irritate your child's skin.
