Nighttime is scary and you should never meditate when it is night because earth vibrations become negative at night time, "It is crucial that you blank your mind only after sunrise and before sunset because when the sun sets, the vibrations on Earth change and become more negative." (pg 198) I guess the negative vibes just follow the dark or do they not account for the fact of time zones? The book is intended to be a narration from the spirit of the author's son who died young in a car crash. As a spirit soul, he sent feelers to a medium to help it connect with his parents who found life without their (2) dead sons intolerable. By regular communication, the son's spirit soul not only helped the parents through their pain but asked them to educate other humans about living life through good deeds and looking at death as a mere transition into their real home... Normally spiritual advice and wisdom come to us through scriptures, Gurus and Avatars. What if spiritual guidance on rightful living comes to us from the spirit world itself, through departed souls who live in higher realms of life? Once you figure out this, the larger vision, the direction you want to go or the land you wish to arrive at, then break down the journey into a process of numerous steps.
