It is nothing fancy in terms of decor but I wasn't expecting it to be. It was functional and the location great for exploring Cornwall. The only concern I had was because we had a lot of sea mist while we were there, the house did have a smell of damp when you walked in and towels etc didn't dry. The property was plenty warm enough (the heating could be controlled with a little thermostat on the wall) but because you couldn't turn the radiators on clothes didn't dry well.
